Auto Up/Down Failed

2003 V8 SR5
I R&R pwr steering pump this weekend.Battery was disconnected for 48 hours. I noticed yesterday my sunroof, driver window and tailgate window no longer opens or closes after one touch... the sunroof concerns me the most since closing completely, or being confident it’s closed completely is hard to tell from inside. I’ve always relied on the auto feature to close without worry of rain damaging the headliner.
Must be a reset procedure somewhere, pat your head, rub your belly kinda thing.

Fully open the window and continuing pressing the button for at least two seconds after the window is fully open. Then fully close the window and hold the switch for at least two seconds once the window is closed

You're gonna want to do the rear,(hatch) window and sun roof, (if equipped) as well. It's called initializing.
