Issue: driver's side arm rest pad/cushion squeaks whenever I put my arm on it, apply any pressure. Very annoying.
Any possible solution besides tearing down the entire interior door assembly?
    Thanks in advance.

Remove 3 door screws, remove A pillar plastic trim piece. Pop the door pad from the bottom of the door so the trim pieces from the bottom and side come out. Careful of the door light plug. No need to remove the entire door card.
Once lose, reach to the bottom of the arm pad from inside and wedge a thin foam piece to cover any gaps. That should take care of the squeak. I had one long time ago.

Both my driver and passenger arm rests do that. I think it’s an accumulation of dust. I just spray a light coat of lubricant down the seam and cleaning and that helps.

Welcome from Wisconsin! Like Greg D said, silicone, silicone is the ticket for squeaky plastics, poly bushings in suspension pieces etc. Good luck
