I have an opportunity to purchase an ORP tomorrow. It’s super nice, the dealer upgraded to the tires to KO2s so I know they want to try and soak me for those since they are selling the vehicle at MSRP plus the tires up charge. Has anyone had luck with getting the dealer to throw in or discount accessories? Just curious as I formulate my strategy so I feel like I got a win when I leave.

These days. If you can buy one at MSRP it's probably a score on your part. If they try to soak you for the tires? Make the deal without them. If they're flexible at all? Do some homework and know what the going price for the tires are, versus their markup.

If I could get a 4R at MSRP today, I wouldn't mind paying a modest up charge for KO2's. What some dealers are asking above MSRP is criminal.

I bought my Lunar Rock TRD ORP yesterday. Paid MSRP minus $750 Toyota savings.

That modest mark up is just under 4K.

I was able to get the dealer to come up on my 2017 Tacoma trade, but paid MSRP on a 21 TRD ORP this past Monday. At the end of the deal, I was happy and they'll still probably do well selling my Tacoma. Good Luck

What? 4k for just the tires? Stock TRD offroad wheels or TRD Pro wheels?

They are the Stock TRD off-road wheels. Not TRD Pro wheels.

When we bought our 4Runner the dealership gave us a number on our '17 Tacoma for trade in, when I looked at the number I told the salesperson we have to get going, we have things to do. The salesperson ask what do you have in mind for a trade value? I gave him a number, he went to check with the sales manager (the sales people more than not say this, when they already know the answer) He came back and said: done! So to answer OP's question; Yes, somewhat of a negotiation, while the dealership gave us a good price for trade, they charge the crap out of ya for install of stuff, they marked our Tacoma up 4,500, sold us the 4Runner under MSRP, so in the long run I'm sure they made some money, and we got a 4Runner, it's all good!

Nope. Mine was marked up. I walked. Literally the only 4WD in the city. I paid the mark up. Still not happy about it. Love the 4Runner
