Just a question to guys who have experience working with wheel alignments.

Can the results be manually altered? I mean can the tech manually input the numbers they print out? Or is it automatic and cannot be manually altered on the system's keyboard if there isa keyboard?

I had my vehicle aligned this morning. On my way home, everytime I hit a pothole or a small bump, I can hear some chugging sound, so I knew something was loose. When I got home I checked and found out both nuts on the tie rods were loose. I went back to them and asked them to check alignment again and tighten everything.

The guy came to me and showed me the result, and everything was different from the result this morning. One was on the "yellow" side, so I asked them to adjust so it will go green. He then told me that the tech said it was on the green side but it wasn't printing it properly. I insisted they made adjustments again. After a less than a minute I tried to follow the advisor to ask if I could watch, but he was already on his way to show me a new print out showing everything on the green... Surely they didn't touch and remeasure because my vehicle was already lowered and the sensors were no longer attached.

    I'm really suspicious about this.

Specs look good. How does it drive?

I've never worked in an alignment shop so can't help you with that question, I've always wondered that myself though.

It's running good. I have not experienced vibration yet.
