Are you talking about what your finger is touching or the long adjustable rod?

I think it is the steering knuckle arm. Not 100% sure though.

    45612-35130

Not sure! Go to Partsouq.com. Put in your VIN, go to Power Train/Chassis. Pull up Front Steering Gear & Link diagram. Look for the part and part number. Call the dealer and verify part/order. Or order from a discount online TOYOTA dealer (I use McGeorge Toyota)

They call it a steering knuckle arm.

    Hi:

If you think that the part you are pointing at is bent, and you order the P/N in the above post you will get the wrong item.
The part number for that item that you are pointing at is 45612-35150, IF your vehicle is a 4Runner frame #VZN130L.
    4561235150-0.jpg

That frame was produced in the time period 8/89 to 10/95.
I have a 1995 4Runner that I am dismantling for parts, and I took a photo of that item on the donor car.
It sort of looks like the one you are pointing at.
Anyway, I wanted to try to keep you from ordering the wrong item.
    Good Luck
    Art.

Hey, just following up two years later! My 4runner was just swiped this week. They got the front wheel as well.

Alignment shop couldn't straighten it out and didn't have any details except to take it to a frame repair shop for investigation.

How did your repair work out?

    Thank you
