    2019 TRD OR and want to replace all of the speakers. Just the speakers. Wondering what are some recommendations or some you believe folks should stay away from.

    Alpine, focal, kenwood and any popular name will be an improvement over stock. However it will only improve so much, for a dramatic improvement an amp will be needed.

    OEMaudio plus is what I would recommend. Not cheap at $650 for all eight speakers but you will be happy with the sound. I have them in my 2020 ORP and my brother put them in his 2018 SR5.
