    Hi All,

I am new the forum, but thought I would share this recent modification that I did to my 4Runner. It was getting old having to plug in my phone all the time to get a charge. Here is the OEM-like in dash charger that I installed…

    Enjoy!

Welcome to the forum from North Carolina.

Nice informative video for something that, as you stated, should be at least an option.

Great video! Thanks. Been wanting to do this. Only concern I guess I had was heat. Those inductive chargers can get pretty hot. I assume you haven't had any issue with the plastic melting?

Not as cool as your solution but I added a MagSafe charger to the center console.
