2002 Limited Edition 4Runner

Bought my 2002 4Runner a couple years ago. The ABS and traction control lights were on. I put new wheel sensors on but that didn't help. So bought a ABS module and put it on but that didn't help either and now my 4Runner is missing like crazy. Any advice to fix it would be appreciated.
