So my 4 tires have the correct amount of air.Would the missing spare that was stock have had a TPM?My light is flashing orange “ Low Tire.” The spare black hub is from Toyota. But it is not under the rear; I have it in my garage.

No, the spare on the SR5 does not have a tire pressure monitor sending unit.

Your TPMS sensors are original? Typical sensor battery life is 7 years, so I'd expect the sensors to die one by one starting in 2018.

On my gen 4 a flashing light means one of the sensors is bad; failed or dead battery. A solid light means one of the tires is low. If gen 5 is similar then you have a bad sensor. For the gen 4, and maybe the gen 5, you can start at the front/left and lower the pressure about 5 lbs and if that sensor is good then the light will go solid orange. If the light continues flashing then the sensor is probably bad. Air the tire back up and go to the front right and lower it about 5 lbs. If that sensor is good then the light should be solid. Continue to the other 2 tires with the same procedure. That should tell you which sensor is bad, at least on the gen 4 it does.

a 2011 has likely a dead battery in one of the TPMS units.
You can plug up with tech stream and see the battery percentage of the sensors in the wheel, i would bet one of them is low and sending out a distress signal, or its dead and has no signal. You are about at the time when they start going dead.
