    My 4Runner has the Securikey+ key fob dealer installed system. The security system is activated with horn, flashing lights etc. I cannot shut it off nor start the car. How do I reset system please?

    If you can't start it, you may have an immobilizer installed as part of the setup.

    Just uninstall the whole thing.
