94 3.0 engine wiring problem

    1994 burgundy
    looks stock/ just bought 2006 stock 16in wheels
    while pulling the spark plugs I happened to pull some wires out of their connector. they are red/black and green/white with small spade ends. they are on the pass side near the fuse box and battery. I've looked and cannot see where they might have been connected. from what I've read on line could be part of charging ckt or diagnostic ckt.
