Hello, all! I just purchased a 92 4runner 3.0L sr5 4x4 with 224k miles, fresh heads, and new 31’s. It’s been sitting at a mechanic shop near my work since November 2020. According to the ASE certified mechanic that owns the shop, there’s a short somewhere in the engine wiring harness that the previous owner didn’t have the money to put into finding the short and swapping the harness. So I picked it up for $2200 usd and the shop owner has a replacement harness that he’s giving me for free. I got the truck towed home tonight and hopefully tomorrow I’ll go pick up the harness and [[ATTEMPT]] to get it switched out. If anybody has any tips or a diagram I can reference it would be mucho appreciado!!
