Hey y’all, I just joined the forum because I’ve been looking all over the place for technical drawings or anything with dimensions for a 4th gen frame. I can find them for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gens, but not the 4th.

I am one of many in the Midwest with 4th gen frame rot. It’s just started breaking through (rotted inside out) the passenger frame rail. I am going to make a brace and weld that for now, but I am entertaining the idea of putting together a full frame. I realize this isn’t a job for the faint of heart, but I have lots of space and a good metal vendor, so I can get 2x4x0.125 tube easily and cheaply.

Would anyone have any tips on finding this info? I realize I could measure with the body on frame, but I am a bit worried about introducing that many variables to screw up my measurements.
