Hey guys, I’m getting a weird squeak noise only when turning the wheel slightly to the left on low or medium speeds between 10-45 mph. I changed my rotors and pads as they were warped thinking that was the issue. Now I’m still getting the same noise it does go away when applying the brakes. Not sure what it even could be. Ran out of ideas here. I took a video of that helps as well

Replace all of the suspension components in the front end, ie anything with rubber ...inclusive of bushings

That’s my plan for sure.. it’s just a weird metallic noise that sounds like when your brake pads are worn out.. but only when turning left. Goes away when you brake.. I’m leaning on also replacing axels and hubs as well.. I just bought this car and thought it was the brakes.. could also potentially be a bad caliper?

Stuck caliper pin not allowing your new pads to fully retract? Although now that i type that i would think it would be a constant noise, not rhythmic as from your video. Could be a wheel hub/bearing too, maybe when you apply the brakes the additional load on the front stops it from squeaking.

I figured it out. I did the rear brakes and it was the clips that get inserted in the caliper where the pads sit. The previous shop didn’t seat them correctly flush and it was hitting the rotors whenever turns were applied pitting pressure a bit on them. Sound is not gone! Thankfully it wasn’t something major. So far the wheel bearings and axels are good.
