Next weekend it is supposed to be below zero (and close to -10). We have a 9 hour drive to take. Will the 2019 4Runner have any issues running in such cold temps?

Toyota Establishes Cold Research Centre in Canada

The Cold Research Centre was established in Timmins, where winter temperatures reach -40°C and snowy conditions prevail, in order to conduct real-world cold-weather vehicle performance tests in one of Canada's toughest climates.

Timmins is not that bad, you get -40, but not that common.
At -10F, meh, that's normal operation across Canada during the winter months, nothing special.
If you live in such a climate, I would just change the oil a bit more often, this would fall under "extreme conditions". You want that oil to reach all the places as fast as possible.
For one drive? Not sure how secluded you will be, take a blanket, another pair of winter shoes, gloves, hat and some food. If somethings happens, you not gonna freeze. Make sure you have the windshield reservoir full, full tank of gas. Don't run it empty, always have some gas to keep warm in case something goes bad.

Why does Breckenride ring a bell. I feel like that city was featured in a Netflix documentary. I could be wrong.

Yep. Just looked it up. It was a documentary called "High Point..." having nothing to do with skiing :rasta:
