4runner 3 inch lift with stock TRD Tires

Hey everybody, I am considering getting a lift kit for my 2021 4runner Venture. I was thinking of a 2 or 3-inch lift kit. I will go with the 3-inch lift kit if it doesn't affect my gas mileage that much. I am going to keep the stock tires. I read somewhere that a 2-inch lift kit with stock tires will not affect the gas mileage. I am getting 20-22 mpg right now. Will a 3-inch front and 2-inch back lift with stock tires affect my gas mileage?

If you are worried about MPG on this brick don't lift it.

Not to mention it looks a little goofy with stockers after a lift.

 

Why bother lifting it if you are staying stock tire size and are concerned with fuel economy? If anything, just level out the front and leave the rear alone.

Personally I don't like the factory height of front. If I was running factory 265/70R17 I would still like to have a smaller spacer on top of the strut. I like this style as you just need to drop it vs my previous Readylift kit require to fix the spacer to the strut and the spacer fit to the mount. We have a member in the forum who sells this spacers with different sizes. I purchased 1/2in for my TRD but up to anyone to pick the size they want. Just sharing that if it helps anyone. I doubt it would change the mpg alot for a small lift with same tires.
