got the 4r dirty stretching out 4wd in the storm today. had just cleaned this damn floor lol

 

I like it when you get dirty... I mean... when you get your truck dirty!

 

After a muddy trip to the desert and I mean a muddy trip I must’ve brought home 40 pounds of mud on the frame and body took hours to hose down and clean up the driveway. I just got done finish cleaning and polishing and she’s ready for the next adventure

 

4R is officially booted from the garage during kitchen & baths makeover

 

moved 4R to street parking
mopped my tiny garage space

 

Get her back inside before the brine / salt truck comes back!!

Those overhead doors aren't too shabby either. I eventually need one-piece roll-up doors as conventional garage doors eat up a lot of overhead space.

used 4R to exchange steel garage wall cabinet I just bought yesterday..it had a phat dent - that’s what I get for not checking before leaving.




staff opened 3 boxes at the store today before finding a cabinet that wasn’t destroyed.

You are lucky and blessed to have them! I never had kids so count your blessings.

 

I don't care about your shelves or problems with them! As a grandpa of seven, I want to get down on the floor and play with them and their toys. I am fluent in Tonka, Lego, Kinetic Sand, and whatever the dinosaur of the moment is with my grandsons.

Casper the friendly ghost lived in my house (or was it my head?) when I was growing up with two sisters, only his name was "not me".
Not me got the blame for most things back then too.
It wasn't until later in life that Bart Simpson defined "not me" with the line:
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove anything!"

 

I added a bench and a vice....and my mechanic credentials in the back...

Anybody interested in a vice should check out harbor freights Doyle vices. I've abused mine and haven't broken it yet.

I have been wanting to do this for ages. I am always on the #^#%^ floor or rigging something up if I need to cut something or fix something properly. The vice is super old it was given to me by my in-laws, was built in the 30s or so apparently....so a bit of a sentimental value here. It works great. I gave it a hell of a clean up and then painted it red. Looks good to me.

 

It looks nice..... just a little small for beating on with a maul.

 

Yes. Just for little stuff. I always have this big project of organizing the garage but it last maybe 2 days...and then it goes back to a mess. I wish I had more space. We are "told" is a 3 car garage but BS, it is more like a 2 and half. I get the two units in there and then space in the back where I got the bench and that's it.

 

I'll post a picture of my shop tomorrow. Your garage is nothing to be ashamed of once you see the mess I have going in the shop.
