For those that are part of Maker World. I have print files for TRD wheel caps for Method MR316 and cup holder. I also have molle panel paper towel holders and rear interior camera mounting plate.

Contemplated going the seller route but ultimately decided to share the file. Results will vary due to the variation in thickness of certain panels and the type of filament being used etc...
Maybe someone on this forum would be willing to print one for you. Just provide measurements using a caliper so they can make the proper adjustments.

Those that downloaded the files, thanks. I appreciate the support. Currently working on a 3.25 inch cup holder to accommodate larger water bottle. Members feel free to add to your work here as well.

Rear camera mounting plate. I printed it in blue to show thickness. No need to pop the clip out. Just pry a little to get it started and slide it in. Use 3M tape to attach the camera mount to the plate.

I've 3d printed a center cap for my Volk TE37 for test fitment and before I machined it on a CNC lathes. Its always a great idea for me to print before machining it for test fitting. The 3d print tolerances are .005 with Prusa MK2 and Bambu x1. I was undecided on the engraving, so I left it blank. Be careful on the type of filament are using, as heat can soften the filament during the summertime and distort the shape. @JT4RN , would you say a 3D printer is worth the cost? They look so great (I could make a whole bunch of useless sh*t! :D) but are so expensive. I'd like one one day

I got a 3D printer a few months ago and I’ve already printed enough useful things that it has already paid for itself. There are endless things to print from storage solutions, hangers, holiday decorations, etc.

Was yours overly expensive? The ones I've seen on Amazon (Canada) are around $600-$800+ (CAD) for a good one.

Honestly, 3d printer is based on your creativity. For instance, I have a 98 Tacoma manual door lock... a piece broke where the lock got stuck and I printed the specs for replacement instead researching for replacement and spend $40. Printers are 300$ (Creality Brand) for basic functions, there's no need to spend a lot for beginners. Its a machine for tools and art depending on how you use it. My next project is to print a life size model Majin Buu from DBZ file I found online. For me, yes it's worth it because sometimes I print what I need for replacement, or useless items for fun like lego stormtrooper toilet paper holder.

Always research on youtube... I've upgraded from my previous machine due to quality, noise and speed; besides learning from it for 2yrs. For beginners $300 is worth it for a tool, project, art, etc... I've spent more on useless items for unexplained reason that's collecting dust.

I guess it depends on the use case. If you are looking to just print a couple of things off the library. Then maybe it's not worth the cost. If you intend to start designing your own items to, I say go for it. There is a learning curve and will require patience and plenty of trial and error. Plenty of videos and resources to help you get started. G/L!

I have a Bambu Labs A1. It was around $300 at Black Friday sales.

Ceramic tint (all glass), Toyo AT3s 285/70 C load, Eibach Pro Truck Stage 2 suspension, Ironman UCA, Cartrimhome TRD skid plate, RCI skids (rear diff, transmission, filler plate, catalytic anti theft), SwitchPro 9100 & MT Plate, Caliraised ditch lights & brackets, Caliraised molle panels, Sherpa roof rack, Westcott ladder, Weathertech window visors, Meso interior bulbs, black badging, Weathertech mats, Husky cargo liner, Canvasback rear seat backing, Smittybilt 2781, Morrflate Quad, ARB Diff Breather, Ultimate9, TRD Pro rims, GTR Carbide headlights, DIY Knight Rider light strip, OT Tune (mild), GoOverland RTT, EcoFlow Alternator charger, 2x100W rigid solar panels, fuse box riser, 10s winch, C4 steel bumper, GTR Carbide headlights.
The only problem with the A1 is not be able to print ASA/ABS plastic. That plastic is more heat resistant, and ASA is UV resistant. These need to be in an enclosed printer chamber to print them.

I've got a Elegoo Centauri Carbon. Very useful and can print most materials.

99% of what I print I design myself using FreeCAD. Including this ball mount for the cubby in front of the cup holder.

Took multiple tries and redesigns to get it right and takes about 3 hours to print. The cubby is not as simple of a shape as it seems.

There is a brass insert for the ball mount so I can swap it for other sizes if needed. Also has silicone bumpers on the sides to keep it secure and prevent any rattling. Printed in PETG.
