    Hello,

I am starting to hate the halogen high beams and halogen DRL on my Canadian version 2024 TRD PRO 4Runner.
I believe the DRL and HiBean are from the same bulb but I am not too sure.

could anyone help me with some instructions on how to get the High Beam upgraded to LED and DRL to LED?
I will also want to change the turn signals to LED.

any help with be really appreciated.

Whatever you end up doing, make sure your DRL are not blinding. I hate idiots that put full brightness LEDs into DRL and end up driving essentially with always on high beams.

For 2024 the high beams are already LED. It's the same "bulb" as the LED low beam except a shutter opens in the projector to allow more light out.

The DRL is just a halogen bulb as is the turn signal. Judging from your picture, looks like you're in the Okanagan maybe? If so Vivid Lumen is local to Kelowna and sells all kinds of LED bulbs to replace your DRL's and turn bulbs.

My high beams are yellow. I am sure they are halogen. DRL is yellow halogen too and as the turn signals.
My standard night lights are LED.
I am not sure if why the high beams are yellow halogen if the low beams are LED.
    That was osoyoos.

I guess Canadian units still used the halogen bulb for high beam up to the end of the 5th gens. That explains why US units still retained the halogen bulb in the reflector slot but only used it for DRL. Perhaps the heat from it helps melt snow and ice easier in colder climates?

Yeah it is very upsetting for the price we pay for these.
I am going to need to figure out a way to get those bulbs updated.
Maybe the colder climate has to do something with it.

Welcome. Go to the lastfit website and see what they have. I successfully did it on my taco and it worked great and it wasn't too expensive IMO.

TBH I am not impressed with the bi-LED set up's high beam. The low is pretty good, but the high is just "meh". If you upgrade to a brighter bulb or HIR bulb it might make some improvement at the expense of a little shorter bulb life.

    I agree with @FourBelugas
Not a fan of the stock LED high beams. When you switch to high beams, a shutter flips up so the pattern doesn't change at all. It just allows some more light to shine over the low beam cutoff. And it really isn't a huge improvement.

I have Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro fog lights and turning them on with the low beams is FAR superior to the stock high beams. As such, I never use my high beams. I just turn on the "fogs" when I need more light. And I turn them off as traffic approaches, just like I would do if I was running high beams.
