2020 SR5 Premium XP

Hello all!
I recently purchased a 2020 SR5 premium XP for our family. I would like to add raptor lights to the front grill. Has anyone done this on the SR5 premium with the two chrome bars next to the emblem?

does the entire upper grill need to be replaced to add the lights?
