2020 4Runner SR5 Black

Hello family, I'm new here.

I backed into a trailer last summer at the post office and dented my lift-gate something fierce. I'm about to order a replacement one from Toyota Parts Deal and wanted to know if anyone had any experience with this or know of any videos on this? I've looked and haven't really found anything that helpful so any tips, advice or info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not new to vehicle repairs and try to do as much as I can myself.
