    Hey
First I know it’s under the vehicle. I see a number of skid plates , a small on is where I’m thinking where the oil pan is.
So my Camerys is located on the drivers side.
1st will the filter i have for my 2016 camery work on this vehicle, s
2nd how many of the skid plates do I have to remove?
Thanks just trying to do my own oil change

When I find the filter I can try it :annoyed:
I’m trying not to have to take all the skid plates off

It's 4 bolts unless you have the useless TRD skid too.

    Kudos for doing it yourself.

Front skid and rear cover with 2 bolts has to come off.
Not a Camry expert, but I would bet the farm it's a different filter.

The oil filter does not cross reference to the Camry.

The 4 runner filter element is a particular size and matches the metal standpipe in the plastic filter housing.
A deep dive into these filters will satisfy any desire you have for understanding Toyota engineers.
Los of posts on the two runner forums on this topic. Many have pics attached.

Small 2-bolt access cover below the engine is for the drain plug.
The oil filter is above the larger front skid (the bottom one in this picture):

The Camry filter is the same diameter but 14mm shorter. It will mechanically drop into the 4Runner filter housing, but won't be doing any filtering, as all the oil would bypass through the 14mm gap.

    I know this is a ridiculous question/favor to ask;

Can anyone link me the correct oil pan access cover that goes on the stock sr5 skid plate?

51457-60030 I think this is the part number, but does it come with the 2 fasteners? I appreciate it if someone comes to save the day. If not I’ll take a gamble. I put mine somewhere and can’t find it anymore.

3J thank you very much I appreciate it. You know sometimes it can be confusing ordering the simplest stuff from Toyotas dealer websites and stuff. thanks again
