So I'm a first time 4Runner owner after reading the manual it stated to put top tier gas into the SUV. I did listen for the first 600 miles then just filled the tank after finding a place close to home that's sells TopTier gas. First question is does anyone file this protocol on the 5th generation 4Runners?

2nd the main reason why I purchased this vehicle is because of the reliability I'm wondering if someone can help me out with modifications that can be done to help improve the overall ride and feel & gas milage ( even know as I've seen almost impossible. I did change the air filter to the TRD oil filter. I'm a little concerned about that because as I do live here and Clearwater Florida it is a bit of a Sandy environment not like Out west.

Leslie I was curious if leveling the truck would hurt in any way whatsoever with the overall durability in real life span of the 2019 4Runner.

    Thanks for any input.

Keep using the top tier gas as it has detergents the cheaper brands don't.

Do a search on here regarding leveling kits or ways to "improve" the ride. All it takes is money. Mine is stock and just fine.

I also use the stock air filter as I don't like oil filters. If you want the most reliable filter put the stock one back in.

Keep searching the forum, lots of info in here for you to learn from. Enjoy your 4, it's a great vehicle.

There are no cost effective gas mileage mods. Maybe modified exhaust and intake might net a marginal improvement, but not enough to pay for the cost of the mods. Driver mod is the only way to net better mileage.
