2018 TRD Pro suspension to 2019 TRD ORP

I’m thinking about getting this off of Craigslist, is it worth $400 or too much work to put in? As you guys can see it doesn’t come with any hardware or bolts and the springs aren’t compressed. How easy would it be for me to reuse the hardware off my car and the cap that holds the springs together?
    Also I see the shock boot is ripped which I’ll get replaced.

    No way I’d pay $400 for that. Looks pretty rough
