My 18 TRD Premium is missing a caliper bolt, and my nearest dealer is about 1.5 hours away. I was trying to find the Front caliper bolt size and try to find something local. I called the dealer, and he "thinks" it is M14x1.5, but I have also read M12x1.75x 30mm. Does anyone know the actual correct size? Thanks in advance for the help!

Assuming you not driving it why not just pull the other bolt?

I'm not with it. I have to go try to find the bolt and go fix it. Sorry, I know that seems like the common sense thing to do

Up to 2016 was M12x1.25x30mm. Midway thru 2016 it changed to M14x1.5. Your 2018 should have the latter.

Toyota PN is 9010514198, superseded by 90105A0336. Hopefully you can find a suitable interchange for it.

The 2020+ Highlander appears to have the same size caliper bolts based on info on Rock Auto. If you go to an indie parts store, ask for cross reference Carson H824.
