I have a stock 2017 4Runner with 17" wheels and no lift, I have noticed a squeak on the front end when going over bumps and during slight body roll which I have associated to needing new shocks. BUT over the last week I have experienced horrible lane wandering at 65+mph. I am assuming it is needing an alignment but I would like anybodys input/experience to other things to be on the look out for. I have put it on my FIL lift and try to get movement out of the upper and lower CA and ball joints but basically no movement was found. I curious to see if any one has had issues with parts of the steering assembly.

For context the vehicle has had 2 accidents (both on front end) and about 148k miles.

    Thanks

Take as many pictures as you can. Without visuals it is hard for folks here to recommend or predict. It could be anything really, a crack on a coil, a bad UCA, rust, missing nuts or bolts.
