Led swapped everything, custom Truck vault Sliding drawers, 5% Tint all the way around, 3 Inch lift kit

does anyone know if its possible to upgrade the radio from a 13 5th gen to the newer touchscreen radio out of a 16 5th gen? if so do I need adaptors or is it plug and play?
