2012 four Runner front door lights

Hi folks,

new to the forum and any help much appreciated. I have a 2012 SR5 four runner that did not come with factory puddle lights in the door panels. It has the place for the light but no light. I would like to install a light but do not know where to find a power wire in the door that powers up only when the door is open. If i have to go to the fuse box and get it i will but looking for the easy answer in the door I posted this in the welcome section and got a whole bunch of you fine folks to give me a "welcome" but no one answered the question so reposting here. Again, thank you for your help.
