2010 Trail - Can't Play Music on Stereo But Phone Works

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone here could shed some insight on a problem that I'm experiencing with my new to me 2010 Trail: Playing music of any kind (from Phone over Bluetooth, AUX, FM/AM/Satellite Radio) doesn't work like 90% of the time. Sometimes it'll work intermittently while I'm driving as I go over bumps in the road which leads me to think there's a lose connection somewhere.

Oddly enough, I can make and receive phone calls over bluetooth through the stereo no problem.

After pulling out the head unit today and reseating all the connectors in the back, I was hoping to have fixed it but alas the problem persists...

Anyone have any suggestions on what might be the culprit? Thanks and Happy Halloween!
