2003 Bumper Cover repair

Hey gang -

My son hit a bear in November last year in his 2003 4runner! Thankfully no one hurt but the bear didn't make it. Only damage was to the front bumper cover and assembly etc. We got it all reassembled and it looks great. There's one mystery I haven't solved. Right front bumper there were 4 plugs:

1. Fog Light
2. Blinker
3. Windshield Wiper pump
but can't figure out what #4 is? The drivers side (left) only has Fog and Blinker.

Any idea what this could be? Please see attached picture of the plug (since rest of the bumper was gone no idea what the component was... Any ideas what this plugs into?

I’m assuming you have the low beams and high beams already accounted for? Or is that a separate harness? Horn maybe?

 

Yes, have headlights, high beams, blinker and fog lights hooked up.
