2001 4runner blows 20AMP fuse on acceleration

Vehicle:

2001 4runner

I was driving down the road and my 4runner just died.
Macanic replaced a wire that was frayed
Took it home, it did it again
Replaced fuel pump
It did it again
Replaced a relay
No go.
It's only when I accelerate. If I stay idling it's fine.
I am now replacing my ECM and waiting on that. I am hoping this will work but when I call toyota they said it won't but won't give me any ideas, they just want me to make an appointment with them.
