i came up on Tacoma pro suspension and I was curious if it would fit on my runner, aside from swapping the rear bushings. Any negatives to doing this?

Ive been unable to find a solid answer

Mad driver mod. OME Suspension. 285/70R17 BFG AT KO2

You have coil springs in the rear and I believe the eyelet on the front coil over is a different diameter or with and won’t fit the lower control arm without some finesse
