I bought my 2020 TRD Off Road a year ago with about 78k on the odo. I changed the diff and transfer case fluids along with my first oil change at 80k. I'm about to hit 100k and plan to change:
    Engine Oil/Filter
    Transmission Fluid/filter
    Coolant
PCV valve (because it's easy, so why not?)

Am I missing anything? I believe plugs aren't due until 120k.

I don't know if the tranny fluid has ever been changed, but I kind of doubt it.

Edit: Also doing the serpentine belt
Edit 2: Driveshaft zerks are greased every 5k with oil changes

If the ATF was dark or burnt when first changed 10,000 miles ago maybe the tranny pan should be dropped for inspection. That is usually when tranny filter is changed. But if ATF seemed just used then drain & refill is all you need every 30,000 miles.

Are you doing engine oil every 5,000 miles?
I also think change the power steering fluid.
Since you are doing coolant, keep it fresh-its cheap so every 60-70,000 miles.why not spark plugs too?
    Yes to the PCV valve.
    My 2 cents.

Thanks for the input @Hungryhawk . I may just do plugs as well while I'm at it.

I've never done the transmission fluid and assume it's never been done. So I have no idea what it looks like today.

    I change engine oil/filter every 5k.

No need to drop the pan on the trans. It has a strainer, not a filter. Doesn't need changing. Drain and fill is sufficient.

    Plugs
    Ps fluid
Brake fluid or every 2 years (bleed it)
    Trans fluid
    Diff fluid if you havent
    Check air filter
    Fuel filter

I like to basically make 100k servicd as if itd a "new" car in terms of fluids. Also easier to track of "when was the last time i did so and so.."

Edit: only added on top of your list

Thanks for the added suggestions. Forgot to add, I'm doing the serpentine belt as well.

I figure it's probably overkill, but assuming the fluid has never been changed, I'm going to drop the pan more so for the additional fluid swap. I'll drain/fill every 30k thereafter.

It'd actually be more beneficial to have a TRUSTED shop flush it (with TWS). The drain and fill will get most of everything out of the pan. Dropping the pan will only allow you to clean the magnets and change the pickup tube... Which is unnecessary imo. A fluid flush will get all the old stuff out of the converter, which is what a drain and fill cannot do.

What I do is drain and fill every 30k or anytime the pan temp gets over 230. But I'm on the extreme end of maintenance due to my abuse.

@roooo had the best additions to your list in post number 5. Just be aware when you do plugs there are some air pump gaskets that you'll want to have on hand.

I replaced thermostat and radiator cap during my coolant change on 4th gen with 95K miles. (old Toyota radiator caps notorious for braking up and plastic pieces falling into radiator)

Don’t overthink it. Just follow the owners maintenance manual schedule and you will be good.
