07’ 4Runner Limited w/JBL - Head Unit Upgrade Issues

I just wanna preface this by saying I realize I made some poor decisions (on a budget) and I have no idea what I’m doing, so please help me out.

I bought this radio from Amazon

I bought this harness, the
PAC RP4.2-TY11

$110 PAC RP4.2-TY11 Radiopro4 Ty11

And everything is not adding up. The small wire connection (circled) from my car has nothing to connect to, and the illumination wire from the new radio has nothing to connect to. What do I do? What am I missing? I’ve tried to do all the research I can because I didn’t realize having a JBL Synthesis system would complicate things so bad but I just want the radio in.

I’m not changing the speakers, or the amp. I don’t care about the fade. I’m just a stay at home mom to two littles that wanted a newer radio in her car and has now given her fiancé a massive headache lol

Please help.
