Heh everyone - I've had a 2010 SR5 4Runner since the beginning. I bought it at 3.6 miles and have put everything else on it --- It's currently at 95K miles, only because of so many great road trips in it.

Well, I'm at the 10 year point, and I've decided to hold onto this car forever. To reward myself on this choice, I'm giving the car a 10 year makeover. So far, I've installed the pedal commander (yes, it really makes the throttle work, which makes your car respond to everything more quickly --- a good buy), TRD CAI, Borla Catback exhaust, nice rims and Yokohama tires. Currently, I'm in the process of blacking the vehicle out.

For the first time since I bought the car, I'm starting to enjoy it. The 10 year makeover continues and I'd love to receive any advice from the folks on here.

    Hope it's worth it.

    Congratulations on 10 awesome years.
Any major problems in that time?
First & easiest (if not getting a roof rack) would be to update the factory ones to the newer black ones (as you are blacking it out).
I would use a lense tint (rattle can; done many times & looks good) to tint the taillights. Go very light so the cops think they are just aftermarket. You can even mask off the reverse area to keep a very bright reverse. On that note, update all accessory bulbs to LEDs...
    There is a start! Lol
Glad you enjoyed it so much. I hope we do.

    Very helpful. Love the suggestions!

Knock on wood.... in 10 years, other than regular maintenance, all I’ve had to replace is the alternator. Still rides new.

Going to header / Y pipe route; if you know about that stuff on the 4runners, let me know. Thx!
