2018 SR5 Toytec/Bilstein 3" Lift Kit questions? ( I have no idea what I am doing lol)

    That is true, I assumed he was using stock wheels.

    If there are spacers or wheels of different offset then there can be a lot more chopping and smashing involved.

    A lot of people told me a lot of different bs scenarios to the point I didn’t want to do anything because I wasn’t sure if it’d work or not. I just installed a 3in rough country lift on my 4 runner and did it myself. I also bought nitto 285/70/17 and had them installed on factory rims. I didn’t have to cut anything, take anything off, modify anything, and I only get slight rubbing when I fully crank the steering wheel. So if ur looking for an affordable lift to handle 285s then just go ahead and do it and don’t read into the opinions too much. The lift works with the tires.
