Hello everyone - trying to troubleshoot a weird buzzer type noise that comes from somewhere behind my speedometer . It's a bizarrely intermittent thing. Sometimes I can drive for a few days and not hear it and then it will happen frequently. Buzzer sound only lasts a second or two and isn't loud but ... is a bit unnerving.

My theory is that it is related to the air conditioning system. Does not happen during ignition sequence starting up vehicle; only while driving. Just had 150,000 service so all major things were looked at. Anybody have any ideas??

Thank you in advance as I try to avoid a costly garage trip since I cannot even identify the problem!

So ... guess nobody has endured the same issue. Turns out it was the ABS module which is located at the back of the engine compartment right by the firewall. Hope this helps save somebody some future grief!

The Buzzing is saying "I'm old give me a break and trade me in for something new already!" :ohsnap:
