ouch, too late now but never pay up front! I would call the dude and if he doesn't show call the cops. Must be a heck of a tree, I had a huge maple taken down, maybe 70' tall and trunk so wide couldn't run my arms even half way round. Cost me 850 stump and all

He mumbled something about Thursday....He drank beer the few hours he was here... I was only gonna give him half but he kept whining like a lil girl. Says he is insured. But wants to fix the fence himself. This I got to see...
The tree is B4021D56-704F-4532-BFE4-94886A40E22A.jpg rotting at the base...

Ahh looks like a chain link fence. Should be gravy to fix as long as he does it.

Did you pay cash?theres no way I’d have paid him crap until the job was done and fence fixed. I don’t trust people that do business that way- particularly ones that drink on the job

Ya, he will not answer the phone now. He will get it eventually. Had another guy look at it and said $1,800 to finish. So he owes me $1,800 at least. It really upset me. Live and learn. I’m watching Deliverance, getting ready for a camping trip, to take my mind off it....,

I just realized today how bad this tree is. After paying 3k to cut half of it down. MD’s tree service. A real drunk bum. Got a third dui and drinks on the job.:)
It’s about to fall over and I don’t have and cash to cut it down....They usually stand for awhile I mean it’s still growing a little...

Connect the T4r to it and give it a good hank. I saw that on some Chevy commercials years back and it seemed to work for them.

    Note: Do at own risk.

Where the heck do you live because it seems it might be a better idea to leave the tree, the neighbours and the drunk men with chainsaws behind and consider somewhere else.

Take him to court to get most of your money back. Take lots of pictures to help your case as well as a copy of the invoice for 2nd guy.
