Recently purchased a low mileage, 39k miles, 2008 4Runner Sport. It will be the third Toyota 4x4 I’ve owned in my life, but probably the cleanest. Hoping to get it dirty! I’ll be lifting it and putting new tires on within the week and will post pictures and updates soon! Anyone have recommendations on freeing some ponies up? I was thinking about a future super charger, always wanted to do one and feel like this would be the perfect rig for it. Thanks for having me!

Thanks for the welcome! I’ve done some minor updates to the 4Runner. I deleted the XREAS and replaced it with a rough country suspension and spacers. Also an AFE CAI with a Gibson Cat Back. 1000 miles into it and everything seems to run smoothly and track straight. Absolutely zero noticeable performance from any of the exhaust or intake but I’ve also increased the diameter of the tires, and I’m certain the leveling kit and suspension have completely crushed any aerodynamics that we’re designed into the the 4Runner from factory.
