I changed some lights, tires and tinted windows...mind blowing huh
    Let me guess:

"rides too much like a truck"
"its missing too many modern conveniences"
    "display is too small"
"doesn't break down enough to see the cute tow truck driver"

these reviewers hate it for all the reasons I love it, it is the antithesis of the modern SUV with body on frame, manual 4WD, its truck-like ride and so on and I love it so much for it.

I've driven lots of Ford and Chebby (altbeit as rentals) and I would not want to spend my money on them. They just never feel like vehicles that will make it to the end of their warranties

its there, you get used to it really quickly and it's not a big deal. If it really bothers you then you can upgrade the front for not too much.

My only complaint is the steering.

I have the steering wheel wobble and vibration, and wandering front end.

Been at the dealership since Saturday, 4 alignments later, 2 road force balance jobs, and they still haven't given it back to me because they can't get it right.

They align it to specs and the wobble comes back, they align it with max caster, wobble gone, but pulls to to the right. They just can't figure it out. The foreman himself is working on it.

This is with brand new Cooper AT3 4S tires too.

Everything else about this vehicle, I LOVE.

Bad front wheel bearing a year ago after 14 years. AC compressor. 3 starters. Runs like new. Is yours a 2019? Maybe the wife hit a curb at 60 mph?

It bothers them because they hold there value so well. Look what a used one goes for. Lol.

I personally love the Cooper AT3. However they are known for being somewhat difficult to balance and a frequent complaint is that they cause the vehicle to pull to the right regardless of alignment specs and balance. This may just be a tire issue.

With my Toyota 4 runner I get the exact same tires (all 4) or make sure they are exactly same specs.

I put tires on a GMC Jimmy SUV that were oversized once and learned my lesson. Horrible ride. Didn't steer well.

I think my 4 runner came with Bridgestone. Going to look later and see what's on there now.

    Cheers!
