Front door exterior b-pillar trim removal

Hello,

How is this trim piece removed? I googled and searched this site and didn’t find anything.

This is the rearmost trim piece on the exterior window frame of the front door, adjacent to the leading edge of the rear door window frame.

It is part 7575635010, molding front door window frame rear left.

Thanks for any suggestions.
