VOLANT cold air intake, LED's inside, rear, and front. tinted window shades.
My 03' Limited sport has the JBL 5 disk with powered rear sub. I just had a new Kenwood DNX575S 6.8" TOUCH SCREEN installed. got a 5 channel amp on order and a ported Sub box with 2 JL Audio 12"subs to install in near future. what i need to know is, what size speakers are in the Dash, front doors, and rear doors? No speakers in the dash, 6"X 8" or 6"X9" in the front doors depending on what adapter plate you pic and I believe 6 1/2" speakers in the rear door.

I went out to check, the cover doesn't remove. there is a grill cover on the dash, no speaker there?
on eBay I think I saw there is a difference from stock radio to the JBL powered system, is this so? WOW, didn't realize how much these can be, JL doors $500 to $700 a pair:spending:. guess I'll have to save up for really good quality (not looking for completion, just really GREAT sound)

Mine did not come with the JBL system. I just replaced my factory unit with a Kenwood unit and put Sony 6"x9" speakers in the front doors using the adapters from Crutchfield and it sounds great to me.

IMO the JBL system is no different than the Bose systems that came in Chevy's and Nissan's. Each speaker has it's own amplifier so the cost of replacing them is insane. I would replace the entire system, it would be way cheaper and you could get more options.

It bugged me that there were grills in dash and rear door pillars, so I pulled the covers off and guess what... 2.5" speakers. earlier post, miss spell. I didn't mean in completion, not competition quality. I've got some 6.5" Focal for rear doors, not sure if I want to go 6.5 or 6x9 in the front. was told 6.5 would have more air movement for the speaker for better sound.
