I have Bilstein on my 2010 Tundra and it’s been on it for 5 years now. I have not needed to rebuild or replaced them all bus far. I use it as my work/beat around pickup truck. I tow my trailer and similar stuff with it. I replaced my brakes much more often than I do with my shocks/lifts.
