2008 Titanium Metallic 4x4 Urban Runner

Getting ready to relocate. Now 3 days before I'm supposed to hook up the trailer & go the left rear wheel sensor is throwing a code. Last December I had major brake work done as this vehicle came from up north & was exposed to salt. The wheel speed sensor code came from a scanner as I have no warning lights showing on dash. My question is is it safe to tow 4000lbs. Vehicle is a 2008 sport 4.0 L 149000 miles
