    Monday - *Hammies and outer thighs
    Tuesday - *Back and biceps
    Wednesday - *Quads and inner thighs and lower back
    Thursday - Chest and shoulders and triceps

    *25 minutes level 23 hill climb on the elliptical and 5-8 minutes targeted core exercise included.

    Anyone know wheeling differences between KDSS and Non KDSS?

    Reason i am asking is front and rear sway bars are thicker w/KDSS...

    I believe the T4R Pro has normal size sway bars. My TRD OR Tacoma has a slightly thinner sway bar than non OR- for greater flexibility/articulation...

    With my curiosity, I guess I need to learn more; this is like a physics puzzle.

    Having thicker sways connected to the LCA’s- seems a little counter intuitive for wheeling. Especially coming from my Tacoma/TW where some wheel with their sway bar removed.

    I guess I thought kdss “aided” the sways, instead of “freeing” the sway bars...?

    Love the resulting ride in our 4 Runner though!
