This article is from last December. Anyone know if there's any new news on this front? I have a buddy with awful rust on a 2008 T4R. Never been off road. Other vehicles in his family look just fine. But the T4R looks like pieces of it are going to fail due to rust.

I took a look at it and it's almost scary to drive in after seeing it. Some real concerns there.

He's wondering if there might be potential for a new frame.
