Thought I'd make a post regarding these Nitto Terra Grappler G3s in size 285/70R17 SL load range. I also have JBA UCAs and the Eibach ProTruck 2.0 coilovers.

First off, I can report that I have no rubbing, even when I flex the front suspension. It gets pretty close at the body mount, but clears nonetheless.

Secondly, my OEM tires were Ridge Grapplers in 265s, and while I like those tires, the G3s provide a noticeably more comfortable ride (I'm sure the SL load range plays a role), and they also produce less road noise. The Ridge Grapplers weren't loud, but definitely more noisy than the new Terra Grapplers. As an old off-road Jeep guy who ran E range 37s on the rocks, these G3s are silky smooth. I like the look too..Screenshot_20250724_191524_Gallery.jpg

Looks good! Thanks for the info. Recently up at the 4x4 jamboree truck show Bloomsburg pa. I usually go every year. A lot of the tire stands have there brand set up. I was checking them out at the Nitto stand. I don’t need tires for a while with my Mickey Thompson Baja boss. But looking at these in person and watching good reviews on you tube these maybe my next go to tires.

Randy Let us know how they affect your gas mileage. I did read up where some have noticed there gas mileage was not that good. Yes I know some people don’t care how much gas they use. A lot go for the look and how they perform. Thanks.

Yeah my next set will be the Mickeys. I am on my second set of Toyo AT3s and love them but I was at an off road shop in Colorado and asked the mechanics what they run. They all said MTs. Plus the MTs look bad ass.
