Hello, first time posting. Recently got a 2002 4runner. Previous owner disable abs and traction control, he didn't know exactly how they were disabled so I was wondering how I could go about finding out how it was disabled and how to get it back. Thanks for any advice.

Look by the ABS hydraulic control pump by the master cylinder. Common practice was to interrupt the ground circuit. I had a fog light switch wired into the ground wire. When I needed to turn off traction control, I had a switch to do so.
