Im looking into buying a travel trailer. 22-24" lenght, double axle, 3750-4250 dry weight.

Im thinking about how i could modify my 4r to improve the quality of the tow (try to make it somewhat enjoyable), such as upgraded brakes, latest ott tune.,Trans cooler, heavier rear springs with airbags. Maybe even 4.56 gears. I know the 4runner is not the best tow vehicle. But its paid off. Its either that and trade it in on something mid sized with a larger tow rating(such as a ford ranger).

Better plan on electric brakes for the travel trailer as well.
