Last year I modified my grill on my SR5 Premium. I ordered the TRD Pro grill mod kit from YotaX.

At the time, I elected not to purchase their TOYOTA block letters that screw in to place from behind the grill prior to mounting the grill bar in place using that powerful double sided tape.

I have since changed my mind, and wish I would have installed the TOYOTA lettering. But I fear I’ll damage the piece if I try to pull it off.

I have an alternative idea of using a decal that says TOYOTA in a similar block letter font style, of the same height and width as the three dimensional lettering. That way, if I don’t like the looks of said peel and stick decal, I could always remove it and revert back to no TOYOTA block lettering at all, rather than purchasing the YotaX lettering kit and trying to glue or epoxy the letters on.

Does anyone know of a source where I could purchase a quality, durable, peel and stick TOYOTA decal, similar in font, width, and height to the actual three dimensional TOYOTA block lettering? Preferred color would be silver, or gray lettering.

I’d recommend getting in touch with @IglooGurl here — I’ll bet she can help you out.

Thanks guys, for the fast and informative replies. I am going to attempt contacting member IglooGurl to get her input, and then make a decision after that. I’ll post pics here once I get one of these products applied on my mosheen.

Update: Well, I find myself being drawn to these actual 3-D letters, as opposed to vinyl decals / stickers. Originally, I didn't want this lettering sticking out on the grill, due to the perceived added time it would take to keep this area clean. (Bugs, dirt, etc.)

But now, after living with that all black grill for a period of time, I feel it needs that "TOYOTA" lettering in there to break up that all black looking void. If I go this route, I'll order the lettering in their Silver color.

At present, I have an inquiry out to this company, OffRoadUSA, asking them how their letters mount to the grill piece. If they screw on from behind that piece, this will be a no go, as I mentioned above, I do not want to have to remove that piece to get behind it. If you have to use some sort of liquid glue / adhesive to attach the letters, that will also be a no go. If they use some sort of powerful peel and stick adhesive to attach the lettering, I may then consider that. So, just waiting to hear back from them before I order.

Alternatively, has anyone ordered and installed these TOYOTA letters from this OffRoadUSA company? How do you like the product? How is it holding up?
